In the event of .....

it happens to all of us, the meeting ran over, the train broke down, the car won't start.. do not panic, if you cannot make it to any  drop off locations at the drop off time, just give us a call and we will arrange something, either your Pooch stays with us overnight at the applicable day rate, or we can drop him home to you at a cost of 10 euro 

We are fully experienced in detecting subtle changes in your dogs behaviour which could indicate sickness, we will consult with our own vet and take advice, any home remedy suggested will be carried out by us, we will also call you to give you the option to collect your Pooch early - unfortunately due to our commitment to other Pooches, we would be unable to bring your Pooch back into Lisbon until the scheduled drop off time 

We have an excellent local vet, who we trust implicitly with all of our own animals, we will call you in the event of your pooch needing veterinary care, if we are unable to reach you within an appropriate time frame, we reserve the right to take the decision to take your dog to our vet, the bill will be your responsibility. 

You have the choice of course to collect your dog early and go to your own vet

Please do not worry! this is not new for us, however, in order to be sure there are no accidents, please be sure to tell us as soon as you notice the signs, so that we can ensure your pooch is kept aware from any entire male dogs

If your dog has special needs, we can most likely cater for these, but please do drop us a message to discuss your needs so that we can tailor the service if required

The theft of our beautiful friends is on the rise, we will therefore never ever release your dog to anyone we do not know, if you require (due to delay ) a stranger (to us) to collect your dog, we ask that you send us an email or WhatsApp with the persons name and a photo with your full consent to release your dog.
